- Manage and monitor all F&B operations, including multiple outlets and banqueting services
- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
- Supervise and train F&B staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Control expenditures and manage budgets while maximizing profitability
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Analyze F&B trends and adapt offerings accordingly to stay competitive
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven financial acumen and experience in managing budgets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry standards
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Prior experience in Dubai Marina or JBR area is a plus
- Must be currently in UAE
Benefits:The salary is AED 15,000 to 20,000 (depending on experience)
Expected salary: 15000 – 20000 per month
