Salary range $68,305 – $84.007 plus super

About You:
Coming from a background in building/facilities maintenance or repairs you are looking to expand your experience into the day to day running of larger corporate facilities operations while working with a dedicated team. Your experience will also include:
- Experience working in a facilities related role (Highly regarded)
- Management of contractors and contracts within the facility technical area.
- Strong communication skills to work with a range of stakeholders.
- Computing skills utilising Microsoft office suites of products
About the role:
This diverse role gives you the freedom to utilise your outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills. Assisting with the day to management of our Hobart, Cambridge and Moonah facilities you will be the first point of contact for any issues raised. Duties will focus on facility maintenance, whilst overseeing investigations, managing contractors, and raising and purchase orders and invoicing. This position is a 14-month max term contract.
