About our client
Partnered with AWX on a national scale, our client is a reputable company within the Coal Mining Industry specialising in Steel Making Coal (Metallurgical Coal). They are a leader in quality, innovation, and sustainability across Australia and internationally.What you’ll doHaul Truck Operators (Rigid Haul Truck – AKA Rear Dumps/ Dump Trucks)
- Must have experience on at least a CAT 777 Haul Truck or Bigger
- Experience working in surface Coal mining being loaded by Excavators / Diggers and Electric Shovels.
What you’ll need
- Positive attitude regarding availability, attendance, and presentation
- Coal Board Medical
- Standard 11 – SOA within 5 years or SOC within 6 months of issue date
- Ability to complete & Pass drug/alcohol screening.
- Current unrestricted drivers’ licence and reliable transport
- Minimum 12+ months experience operating a machine of above mention on a coal mine.
- Signed skills list (SSL) or Verification of Competency (VOC) – from another mine within the last 2 years.

- 7/7 Day/Night shift rotating Roster Wed – Tuesday – 12.5 hr shifts
