In this prestigious position, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality breads and baked goods that meet the exceptional standards required by the Royal Family and their esteemed guests.As an Experienced Baker, you will use your expertise to prepare a variety of baked goods, including artisanal breads, pastries, and specialty items, ensuring that each creation is not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Your role will also involve experimenting with new recipes and techniques to keep the bakery offerings fresh and innovative.The ideal candidate for this role should have significant experience working as a baker in high-end establishments or luxury hotels. A strong understanding of baking techniques, and food safety practices, and a commitment to quality are essential for success in this role.Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker in high-end establishments or luxury hotels.
- Strong expertise in a variety of baking techniques, including bread-making, pastry, and confectionery.
- Ability to create and implement new recipes and innovative baking ideas.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and supplies effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
- Willing to stay in the shared Staff Accommodation provided by the Palace.

Benefits:The Salary is AED 5,000 – 6,000 plus Food, Accommodation and other benefits as per UAE labor law.
Expected salary: 5000 – 6000 per month
