Job description: Dubai, UAE SALARY: 7,000 AED – 9,000 AED PER: Month TERM: PermanentProcess Documentation Support: * Assist in the creation and maintenance of detailed process documentation for shift management activities and operational management of time & attendance system.

  • Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Responsible for operational management of time & attendance system.

Centralized Approval Workflows: * Assist in the design and implementation of centralized approval workflows for shift assignments and changes.

  • Ensure that approval processes are followed correctly and efficiently.
  • Provide support to managers and supervisors in navigating approval workflows.

Audit and Governance: * Participate in regular audits of shift management processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Assist in preparing audit reports and documenting findings.

5. FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:

  • Ensure all shift management processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Utilize approved tools and software for process documentation and automation.
  • Recommend improvements to shift management processes to the Reporting Manager.
  • Identify and report issues or discrepancies in shift management processes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to resolve basic inquiries and provide support, escalating complex issues as necessary.

6. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum Experience

  • Experience in an administrative or junior executive role, preferably within operations, HR, or process management.
  • Basic knowledge of shift management practices, automation technologies, and regulatory compliance.

7. COMPETENCY & SKILLS Behavioural & Technical Competencies

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Should have attention to detail ensuring accuracy & compliance.
  • Adjust to new technologies and processes effectively.
  • Ability to create, maintain, and update detailed process documentation.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as HRIS, Microsoft Office, and process automation platforms.
  • Knowledge and experience in using automation tools and software for shift management.
  • Familiarity with audit processes and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
