Job description: Responsibilities:Manage and complete all license amendments received through the online portal as per the agreed timeframe with line Manager and in line with department SLA’s including – application review, trade name reservation, full CDD & EDD risk assessment, screening, UBO verification, preparation of initial approval, invoice generation, Bank letter generation, Memorandum & Articles generation and license issuance.Ensure full set of requirements for all requests are obtained, verified and documented in a timely manner and liaise with clients to submit any missing documents. Liaise and cooperate with the compliance team to ensure the CDD/EDD review is conducted and completed within the agreed SLA’s.Effectively communicate with existing clients to support and answer Free Zone Operational queries including but not limited to new registrations, license renewals, license amendments, visa requests, and company requests such as NOC’s and Certificates.Communicate with existing & potential clients in writing and by telephone/ e-mail effectively and courteously and resolving the issues /Challenges based on client requirements receivedSupport the Free Zone Operations team with new registration, amendments, visa requests and company requests such as NOC’s and Certificates received through the online portal as per the agreed timeframe with line Manager.Coordinate with internal and external departments / entities to accomplish Free Zone objectivesAssess and monitor the Free Zone Portal and engage with the Information Technology Team in BRD and UAT Sessions to continuously enhance the systems.Transfer knowledge and expertise to FZ team membersPerform and complete any other duties as assigned by line ManagerRequired Skills:Bachelor’s degree preferredAt least 3 years relevant Free Zone experience in a similar capacity supporting a highly demanding management team in-house UAE/GCC experience preferred.Extensive knowledge of computer/ Reporting system
Expected salary: 10000 – 11000 per month
