  • Plan, manage, and implement training activities across UAE regions in line with brand and sales objectives
  • Design and roll out new L&D initiatives tailored to workforce needs and performance gaps
  • Coordinate the annual training calendar and ensure timely execution across all brands

Team Enablement and Content Oversight

  • Guide the training team to improve brand conversion rates through hands-on coaching and delivery support
  • Train trainers on new brand introductions, product knowledge, and delivery methodology
  • Review and enhance training content to keep materials relevant and effective

Performance Evaluation and Feedback

  • Analyze feedback from training sessions to drive program improvements
  • Conduct retail visits to assess staff skillsets via mock sessions and direct observations
  • Organize third-party mystery shopping initiatives to benchmark service standards

Process Implementation and Delivery

  • Roll out in-store and leadership training programs to boost soft skills and people management
  • Maintain detailed training records and delivery metrics
  • Recommend new tools, learning platforms, and delivery formats to enhance effectiveness

Team Management and Planning

  • Supervise and motivate the training team while overseeing manpower planning
  • Foster a culture of continuous development and knowledge sharing
  • Align training execution with operational best practices and policies

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in training, human resources, or retail operations
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience designing and executing impactful training across diverse employee levels
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing business needs
  • Background in retail, fashion, or hospitality preferred
