Job description: Our client is a Luxury Retail start-up which is now looking to hire an Arabic speaking Executive Assistant to support their CEO.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Prepare and organise materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review and presentation by the CEO.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CEO and various departments within the organisation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Offer translation services as required, guaranteeing precise and culturally attuned communication in both Arabic and English languages

- Excellent English and Arabic speaking and writing skills
- 3-5 years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Prior experience in a Start-up is a plus
