Job description: Dubai, UAE SALARY: 15,000 AED – 16,000 AED PER: Month TERM: PermanentOur client is a prestigious tier 1 contracting company based in Dubai, specializing in high-quality fitout projects, currently seeking a skilled Estimator with fitout experience to join our team and contribute to our ambitious project goals.Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for building construction projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive bid packages.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project scope and requirements.
- Obtain and review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Conduct risk analysis and prepare contingency plans.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders.
- Participate in post-tender negotiations and clarifications.
- Maintain and update cost databases and estimating software.
- Provide support for project budgeting and cost control activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating building construction projects with tier 1 contracting companies.
- Strong understanding of fitout processes, materials, and cost factors.
- Proficient in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
