Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator or Estimation Manager to join our client’s elite team. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial precision of luxury fit-out projects. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for high-end residential developments, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating & Costing: Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and time.
- Tender Preparation: Develop competitive tender documents and proposals.
- Budget Management: Maintain and manage project budgets effectively.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Client Liaison: Provide cost-effective solutions and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in fit-out projects.
- Proven expertise with luxury residential projects, especially villas.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in estimating software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
