The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, and convert potential clients into customers by understanding their business needs and offering them customized ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong knowledge of ERP systems, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities by researching and contacting potential clients, attending industry events, and utilizing networking opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Understand the client’s business requirements and pain points, and present ERP solutions that address their operational challenges and streamline their processes.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct tailored presentations and product demonstrations to highlight how the ERP solution can bene t the client’s business.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers, from lead generation through closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and a structured sales approach.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the technical team to create customized ERP solutions for clients, prepare sales proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive excellent service during and after the sales process.
  • Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and market demands to identify new opportunities and re ne sales strategies.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and expanding the customer base.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on sales activities and market conditions.

Required Skills & Quali cations

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of successful sales experience, ideally in ERP solutions or software sales within industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or nance.
  • ERP Knowledge: Solid understanding of ERP systems and their application in business operations.
  • Consultative Selling: Ability to engage in consultative selling by listening to customer needs and crafting customized solutions that meet their speci c requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical clients in a persuasive manner.
  • Negotiation Skills: Expertise in contract negotiation, with a focus on creating win-win agreements for both the company and the customer.
  • CRM Pro ciency: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads, track sales activities, and forecast revenue.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple sales processes simultaneously.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Information Technology, or a related eld.
  • 3+ years of experience in ERP sales or software sales with a successful track record.
  • Knowledge of ERP platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Experience working in industries like manufacturing, retail, nance, or logistics is a plus.

Expected salary: 4000 – 6000 per month
