Responsible for working with third party vendor to manage, develop and support all SuccessFactors EC and ECP, Recruiting, Marketing, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and LMS functionality within Sedgwick County’s ERP systems – SuccessFactors – including configurations and enhancements based on organizational and user needs. Serves as functional subject matter expert of EC and ECP Payroll, Recruiting, Marketing, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and LMS processes within SuccessFactors. Provide project management by assisting in defining project scope, objectives, critical target dates, gathering requirements and identifying key personnel. Analyze regulatory rules and issues to identify the impact on current operations. Point of contact for all third party support of solutions.

Provide SuccessFactors EC, ECP, Recruiting, Marketing, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and LMS functional support to end users.

  • Monitor incoming requests of end users
  • Identify issues, problems and inefficiencies of the SuccessFactors modules and platforms, and work with end users, internal ERP support staff, third parties and others as needed to coordinate resolution in a timely manner
  • Break/fix and non-project adjustments should be completed in less than 30 days
  • Accurate accounting of time

Lead ERP projects for SuccessFactors EC, ECP, Recruiting, Marketing, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and LMS

  • Creation and maintenance of ERP/HR project list
  • Successful and timely (on-schedule) completion of projects
  • Development of new user procedures where appropriate
  • Projects are clearly defined with milestones, tasks and timelines; Stakeholders are engaged and active in the project process

Be the technical subject matter for all implemented SuccessFactors modules.

  • Increase competency and familiarity with the programs, interfaces, workflows, tables and all technical aspects related to this area of SAP
  • Investigate SuccessFactors release notes and patches and work with third party to communicate release schedule and system updates that effect users
  • Be informed of any new delivered functionality that might be useful to the organization and determine where it might fit on the internal roadmap
  • Oversee and sign off on all developments/changes (transports) to SuccessFactors objects
  • Strive to continue to learn about enhancements, other functional areas and products that interface with SuccessFactors
  • Successful, timely and efficient management of configuration in SuccessFactors EC and ECP including Time, Tax, Org Management, BSI Tax Factory, ABAP, Master Data/Benefits and ESS, etc.
  • Managing the configuration of requisitions, candidate pipelines, offer letters, through to onboarding
  • Managing the configuration of candidate applications and of the organizations career site

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Management Information Systems or a related field. Education may be substituted for experience, with one year of education substituted for one year of experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree with emphasis in Management Information Systems. Six years configuration experience within SAP.
