We are seeking an experienced Engineer – QA/QC (Electrical) to join our client’s team in power contracting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of electrical work, conducting inspections and tests, and implementing quality control procedures.Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control:
– Develop and implement quality control procedures for electrical work.
– Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
2. Defect Identification and Correction:
– Identify defects or issues in electrical work and recommend corrective actions.
– Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future defects.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
– Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports and test results.
– Provide regular reports to project stakeholders on quality control status and issues.
4. Compliance and Regulatory:
– Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
– Stay up-to-date with changes to regulations and industry standards.Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience:
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in power contracting.
– Proven experience in quality control and assurance.
3. Certifications:
– Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, API) are an advantage.
4. Skills:
– Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and quality control principles.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication and documentation skills.Salary AED 8000-11000 (all in) + standard benefits as per UAE law
Expected salary: 8000 – 11000 per month
