Job Type: Full-timeRole OverviewThe Emiratization Lead will be responsible for supporting and expanding the Group’s nationalization agenda through proactive engagement with local stakeholders, higher education institutions, and internal business units. The role is pivotal to promoting Emirati employment across departments and ensuring effective integration and development of UAE nationals.Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage Emiratization strategies aligned with corporate goals
  • Work with HR and department heads to support hiring and integration of UAE Nationals
  • Coordinate with business units to align talent acquisition with the National Development Program
  • Partner with universities, placement agencies, and education boards to source Emirati talent
  • Represent the Group at career fairs, workshops, and national job events
  • Manage and enhance critical programs such as Emirati Graduate and Internship Learning initiatives
  • Maintain active engagement with government bodies (e.g., Tawteen) to stay updated on regulations
  • Provide input on training and orientation plans to ensure smooth onboarding and career progression
  • Monitor progress of student trainees, liaise with faculty, and provide regular feedback
  • Track and manage Emiratization program budget and effectiveness metrics

RequirementsEducation and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of HR experience, preferably in nationalization or talent development programs
  • Must be a UAE National (Emirati)

Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities in both Arabic and English
  • Proven ability to analyze HR metrics and market trends
  • Effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
