We are open to candidates throughout the United States.Job SummaryThe primary responsibilities for this role will include:Email and Landing Page Development: Collaborate with Design Team to develop targeted, responsive email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, using coding languages like AMPScript, HTML and CSS to create email templates and dynamic content which is visually appealing, brand appropriate and ensuring cross-browser and email client compatibility and deliverability. This role will collaborate closely with marketing teams and web teams to transform campaign objectives into technical email solutions and monitor performance metrics to optimize email and web strategies. The role will also be responsible for some web design/coding deliverables.Campaign Automation, API Integrations & Customizations: Creation of automated Journeys using tools like Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Configure triggers, personalized experiences and integrate with external systems (Salesforce CRM, external databases or other marketing tools). Build custom integrations to streamline data exchange and automate workflows.Preferred Skills include:
- 3 year experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Email Studio and proficiency in AMPScript
- HTML and CSS proficiency
- Proficiency in SQL
- API integration, Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Marketing Cloud Connect familiarity
- Microsoft technologies C#, .Net Framework, ASP.Net Core familiarity
- Visual Studio 2022 and Visual Studio Code
- JavaScript, JQuery, XML, JSON, Typescript and Bootstrap framework familiarity
Essential Job Functions
- Creates, develops and produces web based pages for the Agent, Employee and customer websites as assigned by the e-Business department and for other functions as appropriate.
- Create and implement innovative web technologies to support on-going e- Business strategies.
- These include, but are not limited to, designing special web pages, trackers, presentations and programs as needed by e-Business or other departments.
- Track website activity and produce reports.
- Update and create HTML files, optimized graphics and PDF files.
- Ensure the quality, integrity and accuracy of all information submitted for posting.
- Creates design templates to be used by others.
- Routinely review website architecture and conduct needs analysis for suggested improvements and enhancements.
- Works with other functions to implement programs, pages and web based activities.
- Maintains liaison with vendors as required to perform duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical ActionsRequired job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting of occasional walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 20 lbs. Maximum, bending, talking, hearing, driving and some cleaning.Physical EnvironmentPhysical Environment Required job duties are normally performed in a climate controlled office environment. Occasionally trips to vendors.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on web design.Experience RequirementsFour years training in computer-design production, or three years outside related web and/or graphics experience or 3 years training in computer design production.Special Skill RequirementExcellent writing skills General knowledge of web design.Benefits
