Job description: Job Responsibilities
1.Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of ELV systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and deadlines.
2.Coordinate the integration of ELV systems with other security systems.
3.Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, including procurement, installation, and quality control of ELV systems.
4.Ensure technical standards and best practices are followed in the installation and maintenance of ELV systems.
5.Ensure all ELV systems comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
6.Develop and manage budgets for ELV systems, controlling costs and ensuring financial efficiency.
7.Oversee the troubleshooting and maintenance of ELV systems to ensure reliable operation and minimal downtime.
8.Maintain detailed documentation of system designs, installations, and modifications for future reference and regulatory compliance.
9.Lead and mentor the ELV team, including engineers and technicians, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed for effective performance.
10. Provide regular updates and reports on ELV system performance, project status, and any issues to senior management and stakeholders.Requirements
1.Engineering graduates with a relevant project management certification.
2.With minimum 5 – 10 years UAE experience with hands on experience of overseeing multiple, high value, projects simultaneously with UAE Government Sector and Corporate Clients.
