Job description: We are seeking an experienced Electrical/Electromechanical Supervision Engineer to join our team in the facilities management sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing electrical and electromechanical systems, with specific experience in the Emirate of Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. Fluency in English, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a valid driving license are essential for this role. The candidate must be an Indian national and possess excellent communication skills for liaising with VIP clientele.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee electrical and electromechanical systems within facilities.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance.Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams.Prepare reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and any identified issues.Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and activities.Liaise with VIP clientele to address their specific needs and requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.7-10 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on electrical and electromechanical systems.Fluency in English, both written and verbal.Work experience in the Emirate of Al Ain and Abu Dhabi for at least 7 years.Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant computer programs.Valid driving license.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in dealing with VIP clientele and their specific requirements.
Expected salary: 8000 per month
