About the role

Northern NSW Local Health District is seeking an eClinical Systems Manager to lead and manage the deployment of new information systems on time and to budget, in collaboration with vendors and other principle stakeholders, whilst maintaining existing information systems.Supporting both clinical and administrative to Oral Health staff in using their information systems, whilst providing application specialist services and data gathering, analysis and high quality reporting services.

If you have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proven skills and experience in all aspects of project management, change management, application management and data management
  • Proven experience in analysing and reporting data for both management and clinical stakeholders, including the development of briefing papers and correspondence; using a variety of Microsoft products such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio
  • Advanced demonstrated experience in all aspects of change management using recognised change management methodologies and tools, including well developed interpersonal skills and proven expertise in engaging with and supporting and training staff in using new information systems
  • Organisational skills with demonstrated capacity to successfully complete several tasks concurrent to achieve deadlines, whilst working independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision in a team environment
