As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to enhance our presence on Amazon, Mumzworld, First Cry, and other key marketplace platforms across Dubai.Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled E-commerce Specialist who is passionate about digital sales and has a knack for enhancing customer shopping experiences online. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Amazon and other mentioned marketplace platforms, with a proven track record of driving sales and optimizing product listings in a competitive market.Responsibilities:
- Manage listings on Amazon, Noon, Mumzworld, First Cry, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Analyze performance metrics on different platforms and implement strategies to improve sales.
- Liaise with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure inventory levels are maintained and updated accurately across all platforms.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends to ensure competitive pricing and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align marketplace promotions with broader marketing campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to e-commerce activities.
- Develop and manage paid search campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in marketplace policies and technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically with Amazon and other online marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using analytic tools such as Google Analytics and Amazon Seller Central.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
