Job description: You will play a pivotal role in managing master data, optimising business processes, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple entities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Create and maintain master data (e.g., items, vendors, customers) across multiple entities.
- Establish and document procedures for master data management, ensuring approval processes are followed.
- Interface with banking data and manage vendor bank account changes with precision to avoid payment errors.
- Implement and document best practices for master data governance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct risk analysis within different modules of Dynamics 365 F&O, such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
- Perform GAP analysis to identify areas of risk and inefficiencies in approval workflows and authority matrices.
- Recommend process improvements and implement best practices across business processes.
- Ensure the technical and process aspects of Dynamics 365 are optimised for efficiency.
- Collaborate with external consultants and lead weekly calls with development teams for tool automation projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Strong understanding of master data management and ability to establish procedures and policies.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and conducting GAP analyses for process improvement.
- Ability to balance both technical and process-oriented responsibilities.
- Experience in liaising with external consultants on ERP-related projects.
- Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage but not required.
