Job description: DescriptionTIER 1 main contractor with a proven track record of delivering iconic projects across the UAE.With 4 new major projects secured worth AED 2.4 billion, we are seeking a skilled BIM Draughtsman to join our dynamic team.Role Overview:As a BIM Draughtsman, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed Building Information Models (BIM) to support our high-profile projects.Your role will include handling shop drawings, RFIs, material submissions, and NOCs, ensuring seamless design management and coordination.You will work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to maintain accuracy and adaptability throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:
- •Develop and maintain detailed BIM models and shop drawings
- •Manage and resolve RFIs, material submissions, and NOCs
- •Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective design coordination
- •Adapt swiftly to project changes and maintain project schedules
Requirements:
- •Strong experience with BIM modelling and design management
- •Proficiency in handling shop drawings, RFIs, material submissions, and NOCs
- •Excellent communication skills for teamwork and client interactions
- •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving project environment
