Job description: Guildhall is currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client in the infrastructure and industrial construction sector. With large-scale developments underway in Abu Dhabi’s strategic economic zones, our client is seeking a talented and experienced Draughtsman to join their growing project design team. The candidate will be responsible for producing precise and compliant drawings that align with project specifications, Abu Dhabi standards, and KEZAD authority requirements.Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed CAD drawings for infrastructure networks (roads, utilities, stormwater, sewerage) and building layouts for industrial zones within KEZAD.
- Work closely with engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure all technical drawings meet design intent and regulatory compliance.
- Produce submission-ready drawings for KEZAD authorities and ensure full adherence to Abu Dhabi Development Codes and KEZAD guidelines.
- Revise and update drawings to reflect site changes, RFI responses, and design amendments.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure integrated drawing packages.
- Assist with quantity take-offs, tender documentation, and shop drawings as required.
- Maintain a systematic archive of all drawings and revisions for project documentation and audits.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting Technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a draughtsman, with at least 2+ years working on KEZAD or Abu Dhabi-based industrial/infrastructure projects.
- Strong command of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and familiarity with KEZAD CAD standards.
- Experience preparing drawings for infrastructure design (roads, grading, drainage, utilities) and building layouts.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality and KEZAD submission protocols is essential.
- Fluent in technical drawing conventions, document control, and drawing register maintenance.
Expected salary: 10000 per month
