Job Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Draftsman to join our client’s team in a Landscaping Contracting Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and designs for landscaping projects, including residential and commercial developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Design and Drafting:
– Prepare detailed drawings and designs for landscaping projects, including plans, elevations, and sections.
– Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s design standards and guidelines.
– Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to ensure that designs meet project requirements and are constructible.
2. Computer-Aided Design (CAD):
– Utilize CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Sketch Up, Ravit to prepare and modify drawings and designs.
– Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of CAD software and its applications in landscaping design.
3. Project Coordination:
– Coordinate with project managers, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are accurate and meet project requirements.
– Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including plans, specifications, and estimates.
4. Quality Control:
– Review and check drawings and designs for accuracy and completeness.
– Ensure that designs meet company standards and guidelines, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including designers, architects, and engineers.
– Communicate with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
– Prepare and submit reports, including design reports and project updates.Requirements:1. Education:
– Diploma or certificate in drafting, design, or a related field.
2. Experience:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting and design, preferably in a landscaping contracting company.
3. Skills:
– Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
– Strong knowledge of design principles and practices, including landscaping design.
4. Certifications:
– Certification in drafting or design, such as CADD or CADT, is an asset.Salary AED 5000-8000 + standard benefits as per UAE law

Expected salary: 5000 – 8000 per month
