Job description: ABOUT USDog Academy—Dog Academy is an online dog training site. Our goal is to ‘train the trainer’. We assist clients throughout training, even aligning them with a one-on-one trainer to further their knowledge. Helping dogs and their owners build a stronger bond through positive-based training is incredibly important to us.JOB DESCRIPTIONDog Academy is an established contact center hiring remote sales agents to join our growing team!If you have previous experience in collection, auto sales, insurance, or cold calling then you will be a perfect fit! We require a minimum of 2 years of contact center SALES experience and intermediate computer skills.We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $15.00/hour plus a commission opportunity. This job can be done remotely from any location in the following states, LA, GA, FL, TX, MS, KY, RI, NC, and AL.SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Two years of direct sales experience
- Call Center experience a plus
- Friendly & Outgoing personality

HOURS OF OPERATION
- 8 am-9:00 pm (Central Standard Time) 7 days a week
SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS:This is a full-time position with a 4-day workweek – you’ll work four 10-hour shifts (40 hours total) and three days off each week.Dog Academy is open 7 days a week, therefore your off days will be assigned based on the business needs. Days off may fall on weekdays, weekends, or a mix of both. While we do our best to provide consistency, we cannot guarantee that all three days off will be consecutive.Your shift will rotate between two blocks:
- Early shift 8:00 am – 6:30 pm
- Late shift 10:30 am – 9:00 pm
