Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in contracting or consultancy companies in the UAE. This role requires a strong background in project management, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Technical Expertise:Utilize technical knowledge to provide solutions and guidance on project requirements.Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations as required.Client and Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Communicate effectively to ensure all parties are informed and aligned with project goals.Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.Quality Assurance:Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards.Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry best practices.Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and knowledge sharing.Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or Degree from a technical college in a relevant field.A minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in contracting or consultancy companies.Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Excellent technical and analytical skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Currently residing and working in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Preferred Attributes:
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in the UAE.
Expected salary: 4000 per month
