Job description: In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping innovative, data-driven digital marketing strategies to elevate brand presence, boost customer engagement, and drive lead generation across all digital channels. With a strong focus on leveraging AI tools to predict consumer behaviour and improve marketing efficiency.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, foster engagement, and drive lead generation across all digital platforms.
  • Leverage advanced AI tools and technologies to optimise digital campaigns, automate marketing work-flows, and deliver tailored customer experiences.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital media strategies, including SEO/SEM, display advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal creative teams to develop high-impact digital campaigns that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.
  • Lead the strategy and optimisation of digital platforms, including website development, UX/UI design, and content management, ensuring a best-in-class digital experience.
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital platforms, CRM, data analytics tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns, utilising insights to drive continuous improvement and optimise strategies based on data.

  • Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, AI) is a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong preference for backgrounds in luxury, or high-end consumer goods.
  • Proven experience in applying and developing AI within marketing functions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in all facets of digital marketing, including performance marketing, content strategy, and digital media.
  • Profound experience in creative campaign development and agency management.
  • Technical proficiency with a range of digital tools and platforms, including analytics, CRM, and marketing automation systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving high performance.
