Employment Type: Full-Time | Immediate Start PreferredWe are a fast-growing travel technology company based in Dubai, and we’re hiring a Manager of Customer Success – Demand to manage and optimise relationships with OTAs, aggregators, and global demand-side distribution partners.This role focuses on partner integration, API performance, and commercial growth through data and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead onboarding and ongoing support for travel demand partners.Monitor and optimise conversion rates, search-to-book performance, and API success metrics.Act as the main point of contact for technical and commercial partner needs.Work with internal stakeholders across product and engineering to enhance the partner experience.Candidate Profile:4-6+ years in customer success, digital travel distribution, or B2B SaaS.Understanding of APIs, booking flows, and travel performance metrics.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with OTAs, metasearch engines, or B2B aggregators is a plus.How to Apply:
