Job description: Responsibilities:Promote and sell personal loan products to new and existing customers.Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and terms clearly to customers.Collect and verify customer documents and ensure timely submission for processing.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly.Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.Keep up to date with market trends, competitor products, and financial regulations.Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the supervisor or team leader.Required SkillsHigh school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in financial services.Knowledge of personal loan products and credit policies is an advantage.Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Expected salary: 6000 – 7000 per month
