Job description: Responsibilities:The candidate must be fluent in English, as they will be responsible for answering customer calls and handling inquiries both over the phone and via email.Responding to Inquiries: Addressing customer questions and concerns via phone, Email, or in-person.Problem Resolution: Handling complaints and resolving issues efficiently.Product Knowledge: Staying informed about the company’s products or services to provide accurate information.Invoice Validation: Validating and processing invoices as a part of Loyalty program.Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback to improve services and products.Documentation: Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions.Flexibility: The candidate should be willing to work in shifts and on weekends if required (depending on the workload)Email Management: Monitoring and responding to customer emails promptly.Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer issues through email communication.Template Creation: Developing and using email templates for common inquiries.Follow-Up: Ensuring customer issues are resolved and following up, as necessary.Data Entry: Updating customer information and maintaining accurate records.Collaboration: Working with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Expected salary: 5000 – 6000 per month
