Job description: Responsibilities
1.Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and plans aligned with the company’s overall marketing objectives, target audience, and brand positioning. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify target markets, customer personas, and key insights.
2.Identify and prioritize digital marketing channels based on target audience behavior, industry trends, and campaign objectives.
3.Oversee the management and optimization of digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
4.Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Manage paid search campaigns, including keyword bidding, ad copywriting, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
5.Develop social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across relevant social media platforms. Create and curate social media content, monitor social media channels, and engage with followers to drive audience engagement and brand advocacy.
6.Manage and optimize company profiles and pages on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and others. Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing to maximize visibility and reach.
7.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and campaign performance data to assess effectiveness and ROI of digital marketing initiatives. Provide insights, recommendations, and optimizations to the BDM based on data-driven analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
8.Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
9.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business goals and objectives.
10.Assist the BDM in day-to-day operations, presentation preparation, generating leads and reaching out to the customers.Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s Degree in CS or relevant field.
2.2 to 3 years relevant experience.
