We are looking for DIDO (Drive-In, Drive-Out) chefs to join our team in Greenbushes and Australind. Surrounded by a lush green work environment to your eyes, you will be looking at a new opportunity to use new state-of-the-art cooking equipment to create scrumptious dishes for our residents and visitors to enjoy.
The Position
- Prepare and produce mouth-watering dishes across all sections to high standards while adhering to dietary requirements and guest preferences
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace, following food safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service during peak hours
- Adapt to different environments and kitchens while consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences
The Person
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Hold a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
- Must have knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques
- Have strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Able to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
