HQ based in Dubai and 16 offices in the Middle East – Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India and Europe.Role: Registered Nurse Phlebotomist (DHA Licensed).Location: Dubai, UAE.Hours: 6 days per week / 48 hrs, various timings, 8 hrs per day.Salary & Benefits: Basic salary AED 6,500 + standard UAE benefits, 24 days paid holiday + private medical cover + visa costs.Summary: Take blood and samples from patients in private home setting, adhering to DHA safety guidelines, for further on-site lab team analysis. Usually doing between 8 and 10 home visits per day. To be based in Dubai. But will be mobile working, for the Lab Sample collection Team, out in the community. Working for the Home Health division. Drivers will be provided for pick up / drop off.Qualifications & Experience:-MUST have DHA eligibility or license as a Registered Nurse or Phlebotomist.-With at least 1 yr experience in sample taking.-Already located in UAE.-Must have good English verbal and written communication skills.Job Responsibility and Duties:Responsible for phlebotomy (adult and pediatric) including collection of various laboratory samples as and when required.Responsible for performing Biochemistry, Hematology, Clinical Pathology, basic Microbiology, Serology, and specially requested tests on patient specimens as per laid down and approved laboratory standard operating procedures. Responsible for results validation and reconfirmation if required, including abnormal and critical results.Duly notifies the patient care unit or physician of any critical test results. Interacts professionally with all department members, physicians’ staff, administration and the Director of Clinical Laboratory and Pathology for the daily day to day laboratory practices.Records and maintains the laboratory and patient-related data entry, assisting in preparing lab statistics, daily/monthly quality controls, and calibrations after due verification.Perform basic blood bank procedures including daily quality assurance and maintaining appropriate blood bank records.See www.innovationuae.com for more info.Due to the number of applicants we receive, if you have not heard from us within 10 days please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
