- Oversee end-to-end planning, budgeting, and design execution for architecture and fit-out projects
- Manage design development stages from concept through to detailed design and delivery
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
- Supervise refurbishment and interior fit-out works with focus on time, cost, and client satisfaction
- Ensure all design and execution activities align with project objectives, client requirements, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct risk assessments, resolve design conflicts, and support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive quality assurance across design outputs and built execution
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in design management and project execution
- Proven expertise in architecture and interior fit-out projects, from design development to site handover
- Strong skills in risk analysis, quality control, and decision-making under pressure
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies specific to refurbishment and fit-out
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment across disciplines
