Job description: Job Description:Role Name: Demand PlannerSalary: upto 16,000 AEDKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional plansCollaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align on forecast assumptions and inventory needsMonitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability across all distribution channelsAnalyze sales performance and adjust forecasts and plans accordingly to minimize overstock and stockoutsAssist in seasonal planning and product life cycle managementManage and track Open to Buy (OTB) budgets, ensuring purchasing aligns with sales targets and inventory strategyProvide regular reporting and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-makingSupport S&OP processes and drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracyRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field5+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the retail or distribution sectorStrong analytical and Excel skills; experience with forecasting tools is a plusFamiliarity with Open to Buy planning and retail inventory metricsExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Expected salary: 16000 per month
