At present, we have a distribution presence of more than 40 retail stores across Singapore and UAE, and active expansion plans across Asia and the Middle east regions.About the roleAs a Data Analyst at Lenskart, you will be responsible for supporting the data analysis efforts and assisting the senior data analysts in interpreting and presenting data to various stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, cleanse, and analyze data, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our data processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain valuable experience in the field of data analysis and make a meaningful impact on our business operations.Key Responsibilities:Data Collection and Cleansing:Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data from multiple sources.Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.Data Analysis:Conduct basic data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Assist in creating visualizations and reports to present findings to team members and stakeholders.Report Generation and Documentation:Prepare clear and concise reports and documentation based on data analysis results.Maintain accurate records of data sources, methodologies, and analysis outcomes.Data Management:Support the maintenance and organization of databases, ensuring data integrity and security.Work with senior analysts to improve data storage and retrieval processes.Data-driven Decision Making:Collaborate with other team members to provide data-driven recommendations for business improvement.Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.Continuous Learning:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analysis.Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.Who we are looking forBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, Python, R, SQL, or similar.Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or others.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
Expected salary: 10000 per month
