With your experience in logistics and/or bulk liquids tanks, you are the first point of contact for customers, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate communication between planners and customers and monitor the progress of complex operational processes.
- Responsible for the accurate administration of orders and invoicing within a dynamic transport environment.
- Take initiative and demonstrate innovation to enhance the quality of services provided.
- Actively contribute to the innovation of internal processes, where innovation is one of the company’s key values.
- Independently manage your client portfolio handle requests efficiently provide solutions, and support customers swiftly and professionally.
- Proactively identify possible challenges, collaborate with clients on solutions, and address their questions quickly and professionally.
- Contribute to improving current processes by sharing your insights and ideas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Customer-focused experience in transport, logistics, or bulk liquid tanks.
- Excellent command of English and proficiency in at least one additional language.
- Solid knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.
- Proactive, commercially driven mindset and strong communication skills.
Expected salary: 9000 per month
