With your experience in logistics and/or bulk liquids tanks, you are the first point of contact for customers, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication between planners and customers and monitor the progress of complex operational processes.
  • Responsible for the accurate administration of orders and invoicing within a dynamic transport environment.
  • Take initiative and demonstrate innovation to enhance the quality of services provided.
  • Actively contribute to the innovation of internal processes, where innovation is one of the company’s key values.
  • Independently manage your client portfolio handle requests efficiently provide solutions, and support customers swiftly and professionally.
  • Proactively identify possible challenges, collaborate with clients on solutions, and address their questions quickly and professionally.
  • Contribute to improving current processes by sharing your insights and ideas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Customer-focused experience in transport, logistics, or bulk liquid tanks.
  • Excellent command of English and proficiency in at least one additional language.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.
  • Proactive, commercially driven mindset and strong communication skills.

Expected salary: 9000 per month
