Job Description:
- Coordinate with Sales Managers by providing the quotations, supporting with any required documentation, and ensuring they will have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Handle orders by phone and email, and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
- Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time and resolve any issues, as necessary.
- Collaborating with other departments (finance, overseas CS, logistics, forwarder, etc.) to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages, and perform other tasks as assigned.
Expected salary: 13000 per month
