Job description: Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.Assist customers with product information, pricing, order inquiries, and after-sales support.Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and diplomacy, striving to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.Liaise with internal departments such as sales, production, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination and communication.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall enhancement of our customer service operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software is a plus.Arabic nationals are preferred.

Expected salary: 4000 per month
