Job description: Responsibilities:Maintain existing business, build rapport with customers and collaborate with SalesManager to deliver customer requirements.Monitor end to end supply chain of products to ensure customer satisfaction.Error free Order booking within 1-2 days from the date of clear PO.Follow up with customers for collection of payments to maintain DSO & submit daily update Sales head (exports).To keep track of dispatch date for commercial orders and sample orders and proactively follow up with factory to ensure that the orders are dispatched on time.If there are any deviations, then proactively inform to sales manager/customer and take corrective actions to resolve.Monitor despatches / Sales Hold at respective locations.Communicate to internal & external customers on the updates on timely basis.Ensure updation of SAP database including Customer Master, Product Master for error free transactions.Provide information to Sales Managers regarding sales quantity, values, ASPs for preparing monthly MIS report.

Expected salary: 6000 – 7500 per month
