Position Purpose:The Customer Service Officer is responsible for managing client interactions and delivering exceptional and efficient customer support.Position Responsibilities:

  • Deliver guidance and support to customers regarding the company’s products and services.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers through phone calls, emails, letters, and in-person interactions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in collaboration with the Team Leader.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, ensuring records of discussions and correspondence are well-maintained.
  • Stay informed and updated on the company’s products, promotions, and services.
  • Handle client payments and ensure timely updates to the money collection schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage and schedule client appointments.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of handling pressure effectively.
  • Maintains a professional and polished appearance consistently.
  • Outgoing, personable, and aligned with the brand’s image and values.
  • Dedicated to upholding and enhancing the company’s premium brand identity.
