- Looking for a Customer service Executive for our client based in Dubai Location
- Should have experience in Freight or shipping company
- Should have at least 4 years of experience in to the similar industry
Salary:
AED 5,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTS
- Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.
- Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
