As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle service-related issues such as billing discrepancies, warranty concerns, refunds, and returns. You will ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints efficiently, coordinating with service centers, maintaining compliance with company SOPs, and executing timely follow-ups. This role plays a vital part in enhancing customer loyalty and supporting Sharaf DG’s commitment to quality service.Key Responsibilities
- Attend and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Process genuine refunds (cash or credit card) based on company guidelines
- Ensure warranty products are sent to service centers within the required turnaround time (TAT)
- Track and manage ageing stock at customer care locations and ensure reconciliation
- Comply with ISO and SOP standards during customer service interactions
- Monitor return timelines for warranty items and SDG stock, ensuring returns from service centers within 15 business days
- Execute purchase returns for delayed or unrecoverable items from suppliers or service centers
- Accept only eligible and undamaged items for customer returns
Job Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Hospitality is an advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or electronics environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, conflict resolution, and customer servicing abilities
- Attention to detail, time management, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments
