  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
  • Provide assistance and guidance to customers regarding product selection, usage, and troubleshooting
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify and implement customer service process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus

Expected salary: 6200 – 6600 per month
