Job description: Responsibilities:1.Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
2.Coordinate and monitor air freight shipments, ensuring timely pickup, transit, and delivery according to customer requirements.
3.Handle all necessary documentation associated with air freight operations, including customs clearance documents, shipping manifests, and delivery confirmations.
4.Identify and resolve issues related to shipments, including delays, damages, and discrepancies, by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
5.Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on shipment status, transit times, and any relevant changes or issues.
6.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns effectively, and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
7.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards governing air freight operations, including security procedures and safety protocols.
