Job description: Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Chinese and English.Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as required.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer experience.Follow up on customer interactions and ensure timely resolutions.Translate customer communication and documents as necessary.Required SkillsFluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.Proven experience in a customer service role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
Expected salary: 10000 per month
