Job description: As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be the face of our company and will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and efficient information/assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts and records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and report any recurring issues to the management team.
  • Stay up to date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.

Expected salary: 6200 – 6600 per month
