What You Will Do:You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer care and driving service growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries via email and telephone.
- Perform administrative tasks, including visa requirements, gate passes, and paperwork for the service team.
- Build expert knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Document and report recurring customer feedback and issues.
- Support colleagues in difficult customer situations.
- Create invoices and chase outstanding payments.
- Schedule engineers’ workload and process parts requests.
- Manage customer accounts and build relationships.
- Coordinate with Service Engineers and customers for staff vetting requirements.
- Update customer portals with relevant documentation.
Service Growth:
- Meet personal/team targets by upselling products and services.
- Promote service contracts to customers transitioning from warranty to regular operations.
- Follow up on service opportunities and ensure timely contract renewals.
What You Need to Have:
- Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role in a fast-paced environment.
Expected salary: 12000 per month
