What You Will Do:You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer care and driving service growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries via email and telephone.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including visa requirements, gate passes, and paperwork for the service team.
  • Build expert knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Document and report recurring customer feedback and issues.
  • Support colleagues in difficult customer situations.
  • Create invoices and chase outstanding payments.
  • Schedule engineers’ workload and process parts requests.
  • Manage customer accounts and build relationships.
  • Coordinate with Service Engineers and customers for staff vetting requirements.
  • Update customer portals with relevant documentation.

Service Growth:

  • Meet personal/team targets by upselling products and services.
  • Promote service contracts to customers transitioning from warranty to regular operations.
  • Follow up on service opportunities and ensure timely contract renewals.

What You Need to Have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role in a fast-paced environment.

Expected salary: 12000 per month
