Located in the inner northern suburbs they provide workers entitlements, insurance, and wellbeing services to a particular industry. As demand for their services is growing, our client is looking for a customer service and administration expert to support the team, and assist with queries from their members to maintain high customer satisfaction. About the RoleWorking in a Member Solutions team of 8, this role is integral to the business as you will be speaking with members, answering their enquiries and administrative support on a daily basis. This role is roughly 60% customer solution and 40% administration. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve, as well as multi-task. Once trained (approx. 3 months) this company offers a hybrid working model of 2-3 days at home per week. DutiesSome of your duties and responsibilities will include:Advise employees of their entitlements, the procedure to make a claim and additional benefits and services offered to them – via phone, email or face to face.Process workers claims, calculate entitlements according to procedure and update employee details in the database.Processing of members’ invoices.Sit on Reception once a week to answer incoming member’s enquires face to face. Skills & ExperienceTo be a successful candidate, you must have:Previous experience in a customer service position – minimum 1/2 years. Previous experience in administration support – minimum 1 year.Be immediately available to start work.Have full working rights in Australia.
