The Role Your eligibility for this position will depend on your demonstrated experience as a Customer Service Administrator, encompassing the following key responsibilities: – Efficiently manage incoming calls and correspondence.- Process new job applications, including those related to insurance and commercial cases.- Promptly prioritize and handle new job requests.- Coordinate work orders for Make-Safes and specialized reports.- Prepare comprehensive reports for submissions and approvals.- Follow up on outstanding specialist reports and coordinate related work orders.- Authorize Make-Safe and STRs within approved limits and initiate approval requests for finance.- Coordinate appointments and scheduling for Supervisors/Estimators.- Ensure timely completion of re-attendance inspections.- Provide regular updates to insurers and clients.- Maintain a thorough understanding of insurer policy booklets.- Assist with general administration tasks as required. About you To excel in this position, you should demonstrate high energy and maintain a positive attitude while taking proactive initiatives. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, customer-centric, professional, and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills. Moreover, effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities are essential for success. Candidates should possess a good phone manner and advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior customer service experience, particularly in a service industry environment, is preferred.
