As a Customer Broker, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers, managing their orders and resolving any issues that may arise. You will play a crucial role in our customer service operations, providing exceptional support and building long-term relationships with our valued clients.Responsibilities

- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts to ensure a positive customer experience
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to continually improve service quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and order management systems
- Prior experience in the [industry] is a plus
Expected salary: 4500 – 4700 per month
